Lift access and a secured zone
A lift gives safe access to the balconies, and we fence off the work zone before opening anything up.
A real site. Real work stages.
We treat renovation as one complete system: from opening the cause of the damage to reinstating concrete, reinforcement, junctions and the final coating.

The photographs document the actual work sequence on one site. The exact scope and materials are always selected after inspecting the structure.

A lift gives safe access to the balconies, and we fence off the work zone before opening anything up.

Open junctions, cracks and moisture traces are inspected to define the actual extent of opening-up and repair.

The deteriorated floor layer and old filler are removed back to sound concrete, opening the slab-to-façade junction for repair.

Removing unsound concrete reveals the extent of corrosion. The reinforcement condition and remaining section are assessed, and the required repair and protection are specified to limit further moisture-driven corrosion.

Old filler has been removed, and the cleaned junction has been repaired and sealed with an elastic exterior-grade solution.

The blue cement-polymer passivating layer restores the reinforcement's alkaline protective environment and reduces the risk of further corrosion before the concrete is reinstated.

Exterior-grade repair mortar rebuilds the base and sets the fall that drains water off the balcony.

Quartz sand broadcast into the fresh epoxy primer leaves a rough surface the elastic layer bonds to.

A continuous elastic polyurethane coating is applied over the mineral-broadcast substrate; the compatible finish forms the seamless protective surface and its final texture.
